Timothy works the appropriate schedule, but his “off-site breaks” affects co-workers as he is frequently late returning from break.

Though Jim shows up on time he morning, he is very sluggish and doesn’t actually start working for some time each morning. We recommend he improve in this area and start work immediately upon arriving.

Being late for work affects those employees whose shifts are ending. Paul shows disrespect for other employees by continually showing up late.
